މި މައްސަލައަކީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ނިންމުން ނިންމާފައިވަނީ އިސްލާމީ ޝަރީޢަތާއި ޤާނޫނުތަކާ ޚިލާފަށް ކަމަށް ބުނެ، މއ. ހިލްމަން، އިބްރާހީމް ޙުޝާންގެ ފަރާތުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ހުށަހަޅާފައިވާ މައްސަލައެކެވެ.This case was submitted to the Supreme Court of the Maldives by Ibrahim Hushan، G.Hilman، Male’، alleging the High Court verdict was adjudicated in contradiction to Sharia and laws.
