މި މައްސަލައަކީ ހައިކޯޓުގެ ނިންމުން ނިންމާފައިވަނީ އިސްލާމީ ޝަރީޢަތާއި ޤާނޫނުތަކާ ޚިލާފަށް ކަމަށް ބުނެ، މޯލްޑިވްސް ޕޯޓްސް ލިމިޓެޑް (އެމް.ޕީ.އެލް) ގެ ފަރާތުން ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ސުޕްރީމް ކޯޓަށް ހުށަހަޅާފައިވާ މައްސަލައެކެވެ.This case was submitted to the Supreme Court of the Maldives by Maldives Ports Limited alleging the High Court verdict was adjudicated in contradiction to Sharia and Laws.
